I, the undersigned Stanislas FREYHEIT, owner of the Nymphevolution company, offer an indestructible guarantee for a period of 1 year (365 days) after the date of online purchase.
This guarantee is valid on all the patterns sold on this online shop.
To make the warranty work, all you need to do is send a photo of the nymph or nymphs you deem to be broken to nymphevolution@gmail.com.
If the photo shows one or more non-functional nymphs, I will then return the equivalents to you by tracked mail.
The nymphs are shipped from France, and the shipment can take between 2 and 20 days depending on your place of residence.
You will have a paper copy of this warranty in any order.
